In October, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette profiled a low-key technical-service manager at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Mr. Dale Miller, who routinely wears stylish women’s clothes to work. He said he’s partial to silk blouses but often wear’s men’s shirt, tie, and jacket with a coordinated skirt and pumps. He said he has no desire to appear feminine, but rather just likes women’s clothes.
